Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?

A: Yes, the price includes set up, delivery and takedown. Remember price does not include sales tax and our travel fee is based on the amount of miles we have to travel from our office.

Q: Do you deliver to other cities?

A: Yes, if your city is not included please contact us. 

Q: Does the standard 8 hour rental time include your set up time?

A: No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. Often times on Saturdays we have to arrive several hours earlier to set up and complete all other orders, but there is no extra charge for this. 

Q: What are the set up requirements? 

Check the requirements listed with each inflatable. Also, make sure you have at least a 3 to 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The inflatables can weigh up to 950 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room. Setup area must be a grass surface, with no rocks, sticks, animal waste, or other objects, and the ability to drive 14" to 21" anchoring stakes around the perimeter of the inflatable unit(s); in certain instances, setup on concrete/asphalt surfaces or indoors may be permitted for an additional charge (given more cumbersome anchoring procedures). There can be no overhead risks, such as power lines or tree branches. No unmarked underground lines, including, but not limited to, irrigation, electrical, gas, or cable TV. Renter is strongly encouraged to contact Blue stake of Utah (811) to confirm there are no unmarked underground lines in or near the setup area about a week prior to your event, as 14" to 21" stakes may be driven into the ground to secure the Equipment. Any damage to, or resulting from, unmarked underground lines are the responsibility of the Renter. Sufficient available amperage from GFCI protected electrical outlets is available within 100' of the proposed setup location.

Q: When do you set up?

A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up several hours before your event. You will receive a phone call or automated text message a day or two before your event date. During this call, we will go over any questions that you might have and give you a delivery window so you can plan your schedule. 
Q: We´ve rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

A: No. The jump should be clean when you get it. HangTime Rentals cleans and disinfects after every rental.

Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 100´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

A: Yes/no, most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator or visit the park you are going to set up at and verify electricity is adequate and working. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Parks are generally first come first serve so get your spot early in the day. 

Q: What payments do you take?

A: Cash, debit or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Q: What if we need to cancel?

A: Please call our Office as soon as the need to Cancel is realized

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes all orders require a 20% deposit unless you are Federal, state, or school business.

Q: Is Deposit Refundable?

A: They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a raincheck that is good for 1 full year from Event Date.

Q: How big are the inflatables?

A: All of our inflatables vary in size. Please note the space required for each inflatable (listed on our website) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. If you have stairs or a unique backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup. (We cannot go up or down steep hills.) 

Q: What about the big inflatables? Any special requirements?

A: Check the requirements listed with each inflatable. Also, make sure you have at least a 3 to 4´ access to the area where it will be set up. Some of our inflatables can weigh up to 950 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room and large gates to get our equipment through.

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and safest for the kids) asphalt, and concrete are an option at an additional cost to secure the equipment. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl inflatables.

Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

A: Yes. There are several ways to get this information. There will be a copy emailed to you, on our website, or you can contact our office. 

Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
What items are prohibited?
- No silly string
- No face paint, glitter or confetti
- No food, drinks, gum, or candy
- No cleaning products of any kind, except as provided by the Company
- No watches, jewelry, glasses, or cell phones
- No keys or other sharp objects
- No shoes, sandals, or footwear of any kind, except for clean and dry socks
- No toys or other objects, except for items provided by the Company specifically for use in conjunction with each inflatable
- No pets
